Track-It

Wilsona has a new system for submitting tech tickets for technical assitance: Track-It!

Everybody will have their own account that is tied to their work email. Clicking the link to Track-It will bring you to a login page, and on that page you will select the option "Login using your Windows account". As long as you are accessing this site while logged into one of the district's computers, you should be automatically logged in.

From your dashboard, you can create tech tickets, look at previously submitted tickets, and possibly more (depending on what your position is).
