Incident IQ

Wilsona has a new system for submitting tech tickets for technical assitance: Incident IQ.

Everybody will have their own account that is tied to their work email. Clicking the link to Incident IQ will bring you to a login page, and on that page you will select the option "Google SSO". As long as you are currently logged into your work email, you should be able to select that email and be automatically logged into Incident IQ.

From your dashboard, you can create tech tickets, look at what devices/assets have been assigned to you, and possibly more (depending on what your position is).
